Pickup by appointment.
Smaller florals and decor can be collected where suitable. We agree the pickup location, hire window and return appointment in your quote.
Please tell us which vehicle you’ll use for larger items so we can check packed dimensions and transport suitability. Pickup hire has a $75 minimum.
Delivery, setup & collection.
For statement furniture and larger floral displays, we quote the complete service for your venue. Delivery bookings have a $250 minimum hire, plus a costed service charge.
Share your postcode, access details, stairs or lifts, parking arrangements and venue time windows. All journeys, setup and collection are included in the agreed service quote.
When service is included.
The Romantic Glow package includes local delivery, setup and collection only within the distance, access and timing scope agreed in writing. We confirm the venue’s suitability before booking.
Extra distance, restricted access or additional visits are quoted clearly before payment.
A little care goes a long way.
Keep faux florals and vintage pieces sheltered from rain, strong wind and direct heat. Ask us about your outdoor setting so we can advise on placement and installation.
We photograph the pieces at handover and inspect them on return. Any damage is discussed with you and supported by documented repair or replacement costs.
